When will you hear from us

If you are booking in to work with us, or if you’re an existing client of ours, you’ll hear back within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. For other general inquiries expect between 1-3 working days, Mon-Fri.

 FAQs

Do you have a minimum for weddings or events?

We have a minimum investment of $4500 for full service events. This is because we commit to only your event the weekend of your booking, and source only the highest quality of flowers and decor. We will be totally focused on your event.

How far will you travel?

We love a good road trip. We are based out of Westbrook, CT, and service all of New England. We do charge for delivery and travel, so if you are interested from afar just send us a note and we can give you a better estimate. Still waiting for a call for a Hawaiian wedding…hint hint.

do you charge for delivery, setup, and strike fees?

We do and these fees vary widely, depending on the distance, timing and complexity of each event. We will break this down for you in your proposal - covering labor and travel fees, along with any other details.

May I see samples of your work?

Absolutely! We love showing off. Take a peek at our portfolio and instagram, and if you have a certain design in mind send us a note. We have photos from over five years of events. We also offer mockups for an additional fee - email us for more information.

I live out of town and am planning a destination wedding. Can I still work with you?

As long as you don’t mind some Zoom or Facetime calls, we can do everything long distance. I’ve met some of my brides for the first time on the day of their wedding! Our design process covers all everything.

do you offer packages?

Each of our events are so unique and customized, we don’t offer packages. However, we do give you a detailed, itemized proposal and offer lots of creative solutions to help meet your needs and budget.
